VENDOR FEES:
Indoor Spaces (60 sq. feet, sizes and shapes vary slightly):
- Booth Fee: $8
Fees paid for indoor spaces are nonrefundable. If you realize that you cannot make it to a sale for which you have reserved a space, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may offer your space to someone else. If you contact us by 8:45 a.m. on the day of the sale for which you are registered, you will be given a credit which you may use toward a booth rental at a future sale within six months. If you register for another sale using this credit, and must cancel, or do not show up, this credit will not be offered again for use for another sale. In this case, any fees paid will be forfeited.
Outdoor Spaces (There are currently no sopace restrictions):
- Booth Fee: FREE (No reservations, first-come, first-served)
Optional Fees:
- Table Rental: $5 (Indoor/outdoor use, may reserve or rent on the sale day)
- Clothing Rack Rental: $2-$3 (Indoor use only, available for rent on the sale day)
- Website Advertising: Included with indoor vendor fee. For outdoor vendors: $2 for unlimited list of items for sale, $5 for unlimited text and up to five pictures.
WHAT YOU MAY SELL:
Here are some examples of things you may sell:
- Typical Yard Sale Items, Antiques, Collectibles
- Handmade Items such as jewelry, furniture, crafts, candles, seasonal decor, etc.
- New Items purchased for resale
- Food or Beverages sold in their own original unopened packages
- Please refrain from bringing any items to sell that have offensive or inappropriate images, words, or phrases. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
HOW TO REGISTER:
- In Person: During a sale or Work Day, you may register for the following sale.
- By Mail: When registering by mail, please call or email us first to confirm that we have still open spaces. Send the completed Vendor Registration Form, along with a check for the appropriate fee, to our mailing address. If you do not have a Vendor Registration Form, be sure to send the Required Information listed below with your check.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
Your spot will be reserved when we receive the required payment and all of the required information from you. If you have followed all of the required steps and have not received a confirmation of your reservation, please contact us.
